Artists are our partners, so we want to get to know you better.

Show and Tell us about you and your work:

• Tell us about you. What do you make? When did you start making these pieces?
• Include a link to your website, Etsy Page, Instagram, and/or 4-6 images of your work.
• Where else is your work available for sale?
• What is the retail price range of your work?
• Please note that we need the retail prices of your work to be the same at MADE as it is in all your other venues.
• We will likely start on consignment. Artist receive 50% of the retail price.
• Have you visited MADE and did you ever make a purchase?  If so, what did you purchase?
• We ask for a 5-mile radius exclusive on your work. Is that okay?
